We are looking for a talented and responsible team member who will work as an Inventory & System operating Executive who would manage inventory for both offline and online and handle digital platforms such as shopify and market places. 

He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy with eyes in detail and able to operate well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory management on shopify and various digital platform
• Count the number of available products and make it tallied with the stocks on our webstore and market places for smooth transactions for customers, minimising wasted inventory, funds tied up in stock, and lost income through stocks dropping too low
• Manage weekly and monthly promotions for high-volume of SKU and Inventory
• Lead the inventory management process and update the data into platforms accurately and timely
• Implement the customer loyalty programs
• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
• Operate and maintain existing IT networks based on the standard operation procedures

Requirement

• Experience of various e-commerce platforms/systems, both front-end & back-end, especially Shopify and Shopee
• Ability to accurately track inventory and update into the system
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
• Consistently and independently solve problems and achieve objectives
• Highly driven and willing to learn
• Good communication skills as the position requires to work with other teams, customers and partners
