Q: I have a faulty/damaged item(s). What do I do?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com. We will then assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, thereafter depending on the results send over a brand new item or offer a refund. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.

Do take note that we will only assess cases of items that are received within 7 days. For more information, do visit our page https://toppingskids.com/pages/terms-and-conditions .

Q: I’ve received the wrong item(s). What do I do?

If you have received the wrong item within 7 days from receiving them, then please drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com , who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved. An internal investigation will be conducted through the CCTV of our packing system and get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.

Q: Something is missing from my order...

At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered due to lack of stock or the late arrival of our stock. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order and fulfil them separately with your agreement.

Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent, if you choose to cancel those orders.

If you have not received your full refund after 5 working days, then please drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com . We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.

Q: Can I change or cancel my orders?

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. For further assistance, do drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com.

Q: Can I place additional orders after having a completed order?

Due to the influx of orders, we will assess each request to decide if it is possible. However, we recommend placing a new order if you would like to make additional orders. We seek your kind understanding.

Q: I have received an incomplete set of my orders. What do I do?

Do take a photo of the entire set, with the name of the item and which part is missing. Do reach out to us at help@toppingskids.com , who will be happy to help. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.

Q: Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?

If you've not received a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder.

If you don't have a registered account or you still cannot find your order, do drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com , who will be happy to help. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days.

To ensure that you receive future notification emails from us, make sure we're in your email safe senders list and double check the email address you've registered with us is correct.

Delivery

Q: When can I expect my orders to arrive?

Delivery of an order may vary depending on in stock and pre-order items. For more information, do visit our page https://toppingskids.com/pages/delivery-schedule.

Following the successful order pickup, you should receive your order within the following time frame:

Local orders: within 3-5 working days

Overseas orders: within 9-24 working days

This excludes holidays and logistics provider’s non-working days.

*Due to the current restriction by the government of COVID-19, we are using several couriers to allow your orders to reach on time.

Q: How do I change my shipping address/contact details after my order has been placed?

Please drop us an email at help@toppingskids.com as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make. We will get back to you within 1 - 3 working days. As we work with third party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the shipping address if the order is already on its way.

Q: Can I pick up my order at ToppingsKids office?

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we do not allow walk in customers and for self collection.

Self collection is available at 1 Tampines North Drive 3, BHCC Space, #06-01, Singapore 528499.

  1. Select ‘Self collection’ on cart page
  2. Leave a note of collection date and timing on order notes field
  3. Wait for the separate email for the arrangement after completing an order

*Our opening hours are from 10am - 5pm, avoiding lunch time from 12pm - 2pm. We are not open on Weekends, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

Q: What is a working day?

This refers to a business day between Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Our working hours are from 10 AM till 5 PM.

Q: Do you ship internationally and how much will it cost?

We are a Singapore-based company that offers international shipping. To check the cost of shipping to your location, head over to our Order Form for Overseas Customers.

Q: I have both pre-order and in stock items in my completed order. When can I expect all of my items to arrive?

All orders, inclusive of the in stock items, will arrive according to the pre-order date. Do subscribe to our e-newsletter or follow us on Instagram @toppingskids and @atopalm.sg @renovera.sg to keep a lookout for our new promotions and new item releases!

Q: Can I combine orders for free shipping?

To be fair to all our customers, we do not allow combined orders for free shipping. To be entitled to free shipping, you will have to spend $100 in a single receipt.

SHIPPING

Local Shipping Fee
• For orders spent below SGD$100, delivery fee of SGD$4.50 is applicable.
• For orders spent above SGD$100 in a single receipt, we provide free shipping for domestic orders.
• We do not accept combination of orders to entitle for free shipping.

Local Shipping Delivery Duration
We aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days (excluding Weekdays and PH) once order is placed. You should receive your items within 3-5 working days (excluding Weekdays and PH) once dispatched. All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier.

For bigger sized items such as Momsboard, Bookcases and Healthy Juice, the delivery period will be 7 working days as we require a dedicated courier to deliver these delicate items.

Split Shipping
If you require split shipping, an additional SGD$4.50 delivery fee would be applicable to arrange for a separate delivery. It applies to both orders that are below and above SGD$100.

Overseas Shipping
For overseas shipping, please read the guidelines and fill up the Overseas delivery request form here.
We will check for the delivery quotation and get back to you within 2 working days.

For overseas orders for Momsboard and large items, we will not be liable for any damages caused during the delivery transit. We are unable to proceed with an exchange or refund.

Self-Collection
Email notification will be sent to notify you when order is ready for collection. Self- collection will be available Mon-Fri (excluding Weekends and PH) between 10AM to 5PM (please avoid lunch time from 12NN-2PM).

If you have urgent orders, we advise to opt for self-collection and we will arrange for your orders to be ready within the same day or next available day for self-collection.

ORDERS

Pre-Order Item
For orders with pre-order item/s, it will be shipped out on the designated shipping date as indicated in the product details unless otherwise stated. If it contains more than one pre-order items (with different shipping dates), we will only ship out together once all the pre-order items are available for shipping.

*If you wish for the in-stock items to be delivered separately first, please refer to the split shipping T&C.

Out of Stock Item
If the item is out of stock on our website, we are unable to allow placing of order in advanced to enjoy the promotion deal as there is no stock inventory on the website.

We reserved the rights to amend/adjust/add/remove our stock inventory from Toppingkids website, at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email that is auto generated by our system. For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, a fee will be imposed for repackaging and postage.

Amendment of orders
In order not to delay the shipment of orders, we advised customer to make a check and input the correct details and items in your order. Once orders are fulfilled by our team, we are not able to make further amendments to your order or shipping details.

Payment Mode
We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal’s secure transaction platform.

Pricing
At ToppingsKids, all products are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and not inclusive of delivery fee. We reserve the right to make amendments to our pricing or promotion details at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchange is only applicable with the same item when goods are damaged or faulty due to seller’s mistake. Exchange is only applicable for items purchased on ToppingsKids website.

• For exchange of item, it must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of parcel for local orders and 14 days for overseas orders.

• We are not accepting exchange due to change of mind.

• For items to be eligible for exchange:
(A) Item must be in the original condition as when delivered to customer. Original packaging must be intact, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached.
(B) Any used merchandise will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
(C) For Momsboard Exchange, the original box and protective film needs to be intact otherwise it will not be eligible for exchange.

INCORRECT ITEM POLICY

• For incorrect item received, it must be reported within 7 days upon receiving of order otherwise we will not be held responsible.

• Item must be in the original condition as when delivered to customer. Original packaging must be intact, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached.

• Any used merchandise will not be eligible for exchange.

MISSING ITEM POLICY

Please kindly check your order immediately once received or within the 7 days period otherwise we will not be held responsible for the missing items after 7 days.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the order has yet to be fulfilled and customer wish to cancel the order, a refund will be done via Store credits only.

• If the order has been fulfilled and customer wished to return the items due to wrong purchase, customer will have to arrange for own courier to deliver the item back to us. Delivery fee will also be borne by customer. ToppingsKids will not be liable for any return lost packages and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us.

• Refund will only be done via Store credits with a validity of one year. Store credits will only be issued once your return is processed, which you will receive an email notification.

• Original packaging must be intact, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Any used merchandise will not be eligible for return/cancellation.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important for us too! Any personal information that you have provided is strictly confidential and will only be used to process your order. We will not disclose your information to third parties.
