Guidelines for Overseas Order Request

We would like to thank you for your loyal support and trust towards ToppingsKids even though you are far away from us! Kindly refer to the steps below to place your order. Once we have received your submission of Overseas Request, we will email you the DHL quotation within 2-5 working days.
Please take note:
*Large sized Momsboards are unavailable for delivery
*Magnets ordered will be packed without its original box to decrease shipping cost (packed in a clear plastic instead) unless stated otherwise.
STEP 1 : Placing Order
1. Sign up a member account on ToppingsKids website.
2. Proceed to add items into cart
3. Once done, select “View Cart”
4. Scroll down, select “Save this Cart”
STEP 2: Request for Shipping Fee Quotation
1. Fill up the Overseas Delivery Request Form
2. Please take note we would only proceed to check the shipping fee after submission of Overseas Request Form
3. Customer service officer will contact you via email after receipt of your shipping request.
4. Please allow us 2-5 working days while we check for your shipping quotation with DHL.
5. We will update you via email of the shipping fee quotation
6. Please get back to us within 1-5 days if you would like to proceed with your order.
STEP 3: Payment
1. After receiving your confirmation of your order, we will email an invoice for you to make the necessary payment.
STEP 4: Delivery
Delivery Term: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
* ‘Import Tax’ can be charged to customer by local regulation.
Delivery lead time: 3 ~ 7 working days after confirming the order.
Tracking number and notification will be released by email after shipping out.
- Items are not considered reserved after carting out; an order is placed only after payment is successfully done. We regret to inform you that in the event the item is out of stock while pending for shipping fee quotation, we would not be able to deliver the item to you.
-We would not proceed with your order if we did not receive the Overseas Request Form.
- As DHL shipping rates varies day-to-day, the shipping fee calculated would be based on the rate of the day of your confirmation. We are not liable for the price differences.
- For overseas orders for Momsboard and large items, we will not be liable for any damages caused during the delivery transit. We are unable to proceed with an exchange or refund.
