Content Usage

By submitting an entry, participants grant ToppingsKids a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share submitted photos, videos, and written content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across digital and offline platforms without additional compensation.

Entry Moderation

ToppingsKids reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or disqualify any submission that is incomplete, inappropriate, duplicated, or does not comply with contest rules.

Judging & Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, relevance to the contest theme, quality of content, effort, and storytelling.
• The decision of ToppingsKids is final.

Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ToppingsKids vouchers are valid for online purchases on our official website only and are not applicable for offline events or external platforms (e.g., Shopee, Redmart).
• ToppingsKids reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of equal value if necessary.
