Position : Content Creator/ Web Designer (Full time)
(* Full time position required min. 3 years experience)
This position is required to handle all creative works for e-commerce company to build up strong brand and communicate with the regular & potential customers through contents and design created.
It includes planning marketing schedule and strategy, creating contents for website, social media, social ads, newsletters and on/offline events, shooting and editing photos, creating illustrations, write up for social media and press depending on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Creating marketing materials, design images/ campaign banner/ newsletters for our website, IG, marketplaces and offline event
- Management of Facebook and Instagram social networks (writing, publication planning, social ads)
- Product shoots, linesheets, advertising executions and any other visual projects in line with brand building or marketing activities
Preferred skills
- Graphic design, video or photo editing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
- Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity and an interest in lifestyle, trends and kids products
- Efficient, responsible, trustworthy and able to meet timelines
- Able to handle multiple projects at one time
- Communicative, responsive, teachable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently, efficient, fast, responsible, trustworthy and able to meet timelines
- Knowledge of E-commerce (Wordpress, Woocommerce) is a plus
- Good command of English
- Korean speaking is a plus

Position : Design/ Operation (Intern)
The role will be a full time position. It must be the best position to experience A-Z of how e-commerce and fast-growing start-up works. You will be required to assist in creative work and work closely with market place team/managers for stock checking, order fulfilment, marketing, creating artworks and etc.
Potential to convert to a full time position if exceptional. No prior relevant job experience required, although that would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creative work such as shooting and editing photos, assisting in the designing images, creating content for website and social, on/offline event, market places depending on the needs of the business.
- This position also requires to handle order fulfilment, delivery packing, managing market places (stock checking, order fulfilment, creating marketing images), Packing and Customer Service at Market places (Redmart, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopee etc)
Requirements
- Must be Singaporean or PR
- Possess proficiency in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Able to work independently and in a small business / start-up environment
- Possess a keen eye for detail, creativity and an interest in lifestyle and trends

Position : Customer Service Assistant (Full time & Intern)
Responsibilities
• Provide quality customer service to our customers either by telephone or electronically
• Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
• Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different ToppingsKids products
• Be aware of multiple event/promotion/restock schedules and assist customer enquiries accordingly
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
• Work effectively with a variety of situations, individual and groups
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Demonstrate effective telephone techniques that meet Quality Assurance standards
