Comparison of Temperature and Additives Affecting the Stability of the Probiotic Weissella cibaria

Conclusions

While no changes in viability of oraCMU, the oral probiotics, were detected during storage at 4℃ for 5 months, a little reduction in viability of oraCMU was detected during storage at 20℃ for 5 months. This result shows that oraCMU is very stable during storage.
